How to start a return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Head to our returns portal, enter your email, chose what you'd like to return or exchange, pick a shipping method and get your QR code. Drop your parcel off your chosen location.
Costs & refunds
Return postage is deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees aren't refundable.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original ARIIBE packaging. On receipt, every return is inspected before a refund is issued. If an item is returned in a condition that suggests use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Damaged or faulty items
Let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
Faults reported within 3 months are reviewed; after that, it's likely general wear and tear.
