FAQ

Is marble safe for my dog?

Yes. ARIIBE bowls are designed for everyday feeding and drinking. As marble is a natural material, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your bowl.

How do I care for my marble bowl?

Hand wash with warm water, a soft cloth or sponge and a mild, pH-neutral soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners and abrasive sponges to preserve the natural stone surface. These bowls are not suitable for the dishwasher.

As marble is a natural, porous stone, foods with strong pigments or oils may stain if left to sit. For an additional layer of protection, a food-safe beeswax can be applied to the inside of the bowl before serving foods more likely to stain.

Wipe spills and food residue promptly to help keep your marble looking its best.

Why does my bowl look different from the photos?

Every piece of marble is unique. Natural variations in veining, tone and pattern are part of the stone and mean your bowl is entirely individual.

How does the slow feeder work?

The sculpted interior creates natural obstacles around the bowl, encouraging your dog to eat at a slower, more considered pace.

How heavy are the bowls?

ARIIBE bowls are carved from solid marble and weigh approximately 2kg. Their substantial weight also helps keep them stable while your dog eats or drinks.

Can I return my bowl?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the bowl is unused, undamaged and meets the conditions in the Returns & Exchanges policy. For hygiene reasons, bowls cannot be returned once the protective sleeve has been removed.
